健身气功六字诀功法培训班暨初级师资培训课程圆满举行

为推动健身气功在马来西亚的普及与规范教学，健身气功六字诀功法培训班暨初级师资培训课程于2025年6月14日顺利举行。本次活动吸引了来自柔佛、马六甲、森美兰、吉隆坡等多个州属的三十多位学员报名参加，气氛热烈，成效显著。参与健身气功站点包括：
马六甲-K7，雪兰莪-EcoMajestic，
雪兰莪-Klang SP、森美兰-S2 
柔佛-BPT喜悦、马六甲-人文佛学站、雪兰莪-GHHS站
柔佛-BPT-Bdr Putera Indah、

课程安排紧凑充实，涵盖理论与实操两大模块。其中，理论课程由马六甲发展小组主席陈国强博士主讲，深入浅出地从传统经典、理论体系及六字诀的功法归属、发音吐纳、导引配合等多个角度进行剖析，为学员们打下坚实的理论基础。

技术实操环节则由吴志祥老师（森州发展小组主席）亲自带领指导，严格依照中国国家体育总局健身气功发展中心审定教材进行教学，逐一讲解每一个动作的要点、规格与规范要求，确保学员理解并掌握正确姿势与呼吸配合。由陈国强博士亲自示范动作，作为教学范例，帮助学员更好地对照标准，精进动作质量。教学过程中强调规范性和一致性，力求每位参与者都能掌握六字诀功法规范、标准的动作形式。
此外，为提升师资教学能力，培训特别设置了**“互动教学环节”**，由学员自行分组模拟教学，通过彼此之间的教学示范与互动交流，提升表达与指导能力。此环节有效促进了理论与实践的结合，帮助参与者更深入理解教学方法与传授技巧，也为今后在各地推广健身气功打下良好基础。

课程尾声设有技术考核与笔试环节，全面检验学员对当天内容的掌握情况。通过实战演练与知识测验，进一步强化所学内容，也为取得初级师资资格打下坚实基础。

本次培训课程不仅强化了学员的专业知识和教学能力，更为未来马来西亚健身气功的统一规范化发展奠定了良好基础。总会未来将持续举办更多系统性培训，培养更多具备教学资格的优秀教练，共同推动健身气功在全国范围内的推广与发展。

Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue Training Course and Trainer Module Level 1 Successfully Held

To promote the popularization and standardized teaching of Health Qigong in Malaysia, the Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue Training Course and Trainer Module Level was successfully held on June 14, 2025. The event attracted over 30 participants from various states including Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and the outcomes were fruitful.

Participating Health Qigong stations included:
Melaka-K7, Selangor-Eco Majestic,
Selangor-Klang SP, Negeri Sembilan-S2,
Johor-BPT Taman Maju, Melaka-Humanistic Buddhism Station, Selangor-GHHS Station,
Johor-BPT Bandar Putera Indah,
Selangor-Puchong Tempua, Selangor-Serdang Raya, KL-Taman Desa,
Nilai-Kelab Kecergasan, Johor-BPT Tian Mau, Kuala Lumpur-BK Jalil, and S’ban-Makmur.

The schedule was well-structured and intensive, covering both theoretical and practical modules.
The theory session was delivered by Dr. Chan Kok Kiong ,Chairman of the Melaka Health Qigong Development Sub-Committee.He explained the concepts in a clear and accessible manner, offering in-depth insights into traditional classics, theoretical systems, the classification of Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue techniques, phonetics and breathing methods, and the coordination of Dao Yin (guiding movements), laying a solid theoretical foundation for participants.

The technical and practical session was led by Mr. Ng Chee Seong ,Chairman of the Negeri Sembilan health qigong Development Sub-Committee. provided detailed instructions strictly based on the official textbook approved by the Chinese General Administration of Sport’s Health Qigong Management Center. Each movement was carefully explained with emphasis on key points, movement standards, and alignment with breathing techniques. Dr. Chan Kok Kiong served as the demonstration model, offering a visual reference to help participants refine their technique and understand the standard form.

To enhance instructional capabilities, the training included an interactive teaching session. Participants were grouped to conduct simulated teaching, allowing them to practice their instructional methods, communication, and demonstration skills. This interactive component successfully bridged theory and practice, enabling participants to deepen their understanding of teaching strategies and practical application, laying a strong foundation for future teaching and promotion of Health Qigong.

The day concluded with a technical assessment and written test, designed to comprehensively evaluate the participants’ understanding of the day’s content. These evaluations helped reinforce learning and served as a qualification step toward becoming a certified trainer Module Level 1.

This training course not only strengthened the professional knowledge and teaching competence of the participants, but also laid a solid foundation for the standardized development and future growth of Health Qigong in Malaysia. Malaysian Health Qigong Association plans to continue organizing systematic training programs to cultivate more qualified instructors and collectively promote Health Qigong nationwide.

由马来西亚健身气功总会主办的“2025年柔佛州级健身气功选拔赛”，于6月8日在峇株巴辖BP Mall隆重举行。这是今年总会主办的第三场健身气攻州级选拔赛，也是健身气功首次在柔佛著名商场BP Mall公开亮相。此次比赛得到BP Mall全力支持与场地捐赠，作为主赞助单位（Main Sponsor），大大推动了健身气功走进大众、融入社区的步伐。

 活动亮点：

 地标性场地，突破传统限制
BP Mall作为柔佛著名人流密集地，首次成为健身气功比赛场地，让更多民众能够近距离接触、了解这一传统功法。当日商场也举办其他活动，健身气功队伍与公共文化氛围交融，共创亮丽风景。

 统一音乐、和谐动人
本次比赛采用统一舒缓、优雅的健身气功背景音乐贯穿始终，打造出安静、庄重、充满能量的氛围，吸引了大量行人驻足观看，甚至小孩也会随音乐肢体摆动模仿。

 参赛队伍齐整，风格规范
共有来自柔佛州10个站点的选手参与本次选拔，涵盖集体组、家庭组及男女个人赛，比赛健身气功功法包括：

选手们动作规范、精神饱满、秩序井然，充分展现出健身气功的力量美与内在涵养。

 年龄跨度广，全民参与
本次参赛者年龄最小为32岁，最大为86岁，反映出健身气功作为各年龄的广泛适应性。长者身姿挺拔、年轻人内敛沉稳，体现出健康与和谐并重的传统体育养生精神。

 体育精神与文化传承并举
比赛不仅是一场竞技切磋，更是一种精神传达。选手们的表现代表了各站点教练多年来默默耕耘的成果，也是对中华优秀传统文化的传承与再创造。

 开幕仪式由柔佛州健身气功发展小组主席兼总会理事林明芳老师致辞，并宣布开幕仪式。运动员代表宣誓后，比赛正式拉开帷幕。随后进行合影、集体赛、个人赛及气舞表演环节。

The 2025 Johor State-Level Health Qigong tournament, organized by the Malaysian Health Qigong Association, was held in grand style on June 8 at BP Mall, Batu Pahat. This marked the third state-level competition hosted by the Association in 2025 and the first time Health Qigong made a public appearance in Johor’s renowned BP Mall. Thanks to BP Mall’s generous venue sponsorship as the main sponsor, this event significantly advanced the integration of Health Qigong into the community.

Event Highlights:
 Landmark Venue – Breaking Traditional Limits
BP Mall, a major commercial hub in Johor, served for the first time as a venue for a Health Qigong competition, allowing the general public to experience this traditional practice up close. The day’s lively mall activities blended harmoniously with the competition, creating a vibrant cultural showcase.
Unified Music – Harmonious and Moving
The competition featured a consistent selection of soothing and elegant background music, creating a serene, solemn, and energy-filled ambiance. The performance captivated passers-by, with even children mimicking the movements to the rhythm.
Well-Prepared Teams – Standardized Execution
Participants from 10 stations across Johor competed in various categories, including group, family, and individual events for both men and women. The Qigong forms performed included:
* Health Qigong Yijinjing
* Health Qigong Wuqinxi (Five Animal Frolics)
* Health Qigong Liuzijue (Six Healing Sounds)
* Health Qigong Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade)
Competitors demonstrated precise techniques, radiant spirit, and orderly performance, showcasing the strength, beauty, and depth of Health Qigong.

Wide Age Range – Inclusive Participation
Participants ranged in age from 32 to 86 years old, highlighting Health Qigong’s broad suitability across all ages. The elderly displayed upright postures, while younger participants exuded calm composure—embodying the spirit of balanced health and traditional well-being.
Blending Sportsmanship and Cultural Heritage
More than a competition, the event was a meaningful expression of spirit. Participants’ performances reflected years of dedicated coaching and also served as a living transmission and innovation of traditional Chinese culture.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr. Lim Ming Fang, Chairperson of the Johor Health Qigong Development of sub committee and a Association Board Member. After his speech, the athletes’ oath was taken, and the competition officially began. This was followed by group photos, team and individual competitions, and a Qigong dance performance.

2025年6月7日上午，健身气功“各州站点巡回交流”活动在柔佛站顺利举办。此次活动汇聚了来自多个站点的代表与教练及健身气功爱好者。现场气氛热烈，交流深入、成效显著。

 

特别感谢柔佛发展小组副主席林荣才老师的推荐与协调，使得本次活动得以获得柔佛州潮州会馆场地的捐赠，为整个巡回交流顺利举行提供了坚实保障，体现了社会各界对健身气功推广事业的鼎力支持。

 

活动于早上9点15分开始签到，9点30分正式展开各站点之间的经验交流与见证分享。多位学员现场讲述了自己在练习健身气功过程中的收获与转变，分享了健身气功在改善体质、调节情绪、提升生活质量等方面的积极作用，令人感动和鼓舞。

 

随后，林明芳老师主持开课仪式，正式介绍“健身气功运动处方”的理念与架构，并深入讲解**“健身气功运动处方：脊柱平衡方”**的基本理论、起源与调理功效。林老师以图文并茂的方式呈现，让学员们对脊柱健康与身心整体调和之间的关系有了更深层的认识。

 

紧接着，由吴志祥老师带领现场教学，引导大家亲身体验“脊柱平衡方”的基本动作。学员们反应热烈，纷纷表示从中体会到身体的舒展、脊柱的调整以及气息的顺畅流动。

 

活动中段，李慧玲老师主持答疑环节，针对学员提出的技术性问题予以详细解答。同时，她还主持了“共同发展健身气功事业”与“提升和体会站桩深奥智慧”两个重要交流环节。

 

本次交流不仅进一步增强了各站点之间的联系与互动，也为即将全面推行的“健身气功运动处方”课程奠定了良好的基础。未来将在各地有计划地推进课程系统建设，以更加科学、规范的方式推广健身气功，服务广大民众健康需求。

 

活动尾声，主办方安排前往Marry Brown快餐店用餐，并以优惠券形式领取餐点，大家在轻松愉快的氛围中圆满结束本次柔佛站交流活动。

On the morning of June 7, 2025, the Johor leg of the “Health Qigong Exchange Tour of Johor” was successfully held. The event brought together representatives, coaches, and Qigong enthusiasts from multiple stations. The atmosphere was lively, with in-depth exchanges and fruitful outcomes.

Special thanks to Mr. Lim YONG Chai, Vice Chairman of the Johor Health Qigong Development Sub Committee, for his recommendation and coordination, which enabled the generous sponsorship of the venue by the Johor Teochew Association. This provided a solid foundation for the smooth execution of the event and reflected strong support from all walks of life for the promotion of Health Qigong.

 

Registration started at 9:15 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m., the exchange and testimony-sharing sessions began. Several participants shared touching personal stories about how practicing Health Qigong has brought them physical improvements, emotional balance, and better quality of life—stories that inspired and encouraged everyone present.

 

Next, Mr. Lin Ming Fang hosted the course introduction session, where he officially presented the concept and framework of the “Health Qigong Exercise Prescription.” He gave an in-depth explanation of the “The Spinal Balance Prescription”, covering its theoretical foundation, origin, and therapeutic benefits. His visual and detailed presentation deepened participants’ understanding of the relationship between spinal health and overall physical-mental harmony.

Following that, Mr. Ng Chee Siong led a live instructional session, guiding participants through the basic movements of the “The Spinal Balance Prescription.” Participants responded enthusiastically and shared their experiences of feeling physical expansion, spinal realignment, and smoother energy flow during the practice.

 

Midway through the event, Ms. Lee Wai Ling hosted a Q&A session, addressing technical questions from participants. She also facilitated two important exchange segments: “Developing the Health Qigong Movement Together” and “Understanding the Profound Wisdom of Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang).”

 

This exchange session not only strengthened inter-station connections but also laid a solid foundation for the nationwide rollout of the “Health Qigong Exercise Prescription” curriculum. Moving forward, the program will be systematically introduced across regions to promote Health Qigong in a more scientific and standardized way, catering to the health needs of the public.

 

To conclude, the organizers arranged lunch at Marry Brown fast food restaurant, where participants enjoyed their meals using vouchers. The Johor session ended in a warm and joyful atmosphere.

雪隆、吉隆坡与槟城州级健身气功选拔赛，电脑评分系统提升赛事效率

 

【2025年5月25日，吉隆坡讯】

由马来西亚健身气功协会主办的“2025年雪隆、吉隆坡与槟城州级健身气功选拔赛”于今日在吉隆坡崇文小学圆满举行。此次赛事共有来自雪隆和吉隆坡80位选手参与，参赛者年龄从19岁到82岁，展现出健身气功跨越年龄、种族的广泛吸引力。

 

本次赛事也是继马六甲站之后的第二场选拔赛，赛事延续了高水准的组织水平，并在多个方面实现了创新与突破。其中最显著的亮点之一，是全面采用了电脑评分系统，提升了评分速度与准确性，为赛事流程带来了更高效率与公正性。

值得一提的是，参赛选手涵盖马来西亚三大民族，展现了健身气功在不同族群中的传播力与凝聚力。参赛人员中还包括来自吉隆坡中央医院的一位医生，显示了该项运动在医学专业人士中的认可度日益提升。

本次赛事也得到了其他州属支持单位的积极响应与现场助阵，包括来自森美兰州等地区的健身气功支持团队，共同为赛事增添光彩，也进一步凝聚了全国健身气功爱好者的向心力。

 

整个赛事流程顺利、高效，甚至比原定时间更早圆满结束，充分体现出筹委会、裁判、司仪与全体工作人员之间的高度配合与专业精神。

 

下一站的选拔赛将于近期在柔佛州举行，马来西亚健身气功协会期望通过这一系列活动，进一步推广健身气功运动，激发更多群众对健康生活方式的关注与参与。

 

 

State-Level Health Qigong Tournament for Selangor-Kuala Lumpur, and Penang Enhances Efficiency with Computerized Scoring System

 

[Kuala Lumpur, 25th of May 2025] 

Organized by the Malaysia Health Qigong Association, the “2025 State-Level Health Qigong Tournament for Selangor-Kuala Lumpur, and Penang” was successfully held today at SJK(C)Chong Wen in Kuala Lumpur. A total of 80 participants from Selangor and Kuala Lumpur took part, ranging in age from 19 to 82, demonstrating the wide-reaching appeal of Health Qigong across age groups and ethnic communities.

 

This event marked the second competition following the one in Melaka, maintaining a high standard of organization while achieving several innovations and breakthroughs. One of the most notable highlights was the full implementation of a computerized scoring system, which significantly improved scoring speed and accuracy, thereby enhancing the efficiency and fairness of the competition process.

 

It is worth mentioning that participants represented Malaysia’s three major ethnic groups, reflecting the inclusive and unifying power of Health Qigong. Among the competitors was a doctor from Kuala Lumpur General Hospital, signaling the growing recognition of Health Qigong among medical professionals.

 

The event also received strong support from other states, with support teams from regions such as Negeri Sembilan attending in person, adding to the vibrancy of the competition and further strengthening the unity among Health Qigong enthusiasts across the country.

 

The entire event proceeded smoothly and efficiently, concluding ahead of schedule, which highlighted the excellent coordination and professionalism among the organizing committee, judges, emcees, and all staff involved.

 

The next stop in the selection series will be held soon in Johor. The Malaysia Health Qigong Association hopes that this series of events will further promote Health Qigong and inspire more people to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Melaka hosted the highly anticipated state-level Health Qigong Tournament successfully held at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Methodist (ACS) Tengkera Melaka!

This event drew enthusiastic participation from Health Qigong stations and supporters across various states, including Seremban Makmur  Health Qigong Station (Negeri Sembilan), Evergreen,Bandar Putera Indah  and Joyful Health Qigong Stations in Batu Pahat (Johor), and the Fifth District Health Qigong Station in Serdang (Selangor). Parents of student participants from campus Wuqinxi teams and many friends and relatives also attended, creating a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Each participant showcased their skills with great confidence under the spotlight, fully embodying the unique essence of Health Qigong through the principles of “regulating the body, breath, and mind.”

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Methodist (ACS) Tengkera Melaka for their generous support in providing an excellent venue for the event. 21.3.2024 吉隆坡快乐花园站 今早, 28位来自於 新加坡气功十八式协会中区 的功友七点抵达快乐花园与我们交流健身气功活动. 這是快乐花园健身氣功站第一次與新加坡氣功的朋友舉辦這樣的互動活動。大家齐聚一堂，交换心得，不分彼此，融洽相处，其乐融融, 。 我们也准备了一些食物款待我们远方的朋友，友善的相处，守纪律的精神，让她们有宾至如归的感觉，大家在欢乐的笑声中度过了一个美丽的早晨。大家都期待下一次的相聚. 心得：此次的交流活动中, 誏学员们受益颇深, 增广见闻，增强对气功的认可。来日期待更能将气功运动介绍予所有社会阶层，把健身功回馈社会，发扬光大。 總结: 交流是推廣健身气的主要元素之一. 吉隆坡快乐花园气功站
